30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care goods: Beauty products, supplements, vitamins.

  • Sale items and Gift cards.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue.

Unclaimed Packages & Customs Responsibility

The customer is responsible for tracking their order and coordinating with the local courier or customs office. Mizmarco Shop reserves the right to withhold or reduce a refund if:

  1. The customer fails to contact the courier or is unavailable for delivery.

  2. The customer refuses to pay required customs duties/taxes. In these cases, return shipping costs and customs fees will be deducted from your refund. If these costs exceed the item value, no refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Wichtiger Hinweis zu Hygieneartikeln

Gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen sind geöffnete Körperpflegeprodukte, Vitamine und Nahrungsergänzungsmittel von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen. Ebenfalls ausgeschlossen sind reduzierte Waren und Gutscheine.

Nicht abgeholte Pakete & Zoll

Der Kunde ist für die Sendungsverfolgung und die Kommunikation mit dem lokalen Zoll/Kurier verantwortlich. Falls ein Paket aufgrund von Nichtabholung oder Verweigerung der Zollgebühren an uns zurückgeht, behält sich Mizmarco Shop vor, die Rücksendekosten und Zollgebühren vom Erstattungsbetrag abzuziehen.

Articles non retournables

Pour des raisons d'hygiène, les produits de soins personnels, vitamines et compléments alimentaires ne peuvent pas être retournés.

Responsabilité Douanière

Le client est responsable du suivi de son colis. Si un colis nous est retourné parce que le client n'a pas contacté le transporteur ou a refusé de payer les frais de douane, Mizmarco Shop déduira les frais de retour et de douane du montant du remboursement.
